POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
At Nudge, we want your products to arrived to you safely and with peace of mind.
Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming that we have received your order.
When we prepare to dispatch your order, your invoice will be placed inside the parcel.
We use a signed for service with the Royal Mail. If you are not in, your Postal Delivery Worker will leave a note for you to collect from your local depot.
We aim to get your parcel packaged and posted 1-3 working days of your order.. We will always contact you if we are experiencing a delay with processing times.

Cancellation of order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Nudge Boutique in their original packing and in their original condition.
